Job Description:
Are you are a Project Engineer with strong experience in Construction
Scheduling? If so, please read on.....

We were established over 10 years ago to provide Management Services
within the Construction industry. We have domestic and international projects
totaling in the billions. Our company provides many functional services to our
clients and is currently looking for Project Engineers.

What you will be DOING:
-Provide technical and engineering support to PM / CM
-Perform the job duties of the Project Manager / OAR in his absence
-Coordinate between the Contractor and Architect about technical field issues
-Manage Architect for timely and accurate responses to information requests
-Review initial submittals for overall conformance to plans/specification
-Oversee staff during the maintenance/distribution of current contract plans
-Confirm merit of change order request, develop estimates, negotiate costs
and write change orders
-Verify the contractor's maintenance of record drawings prior to monthly
progress payments to the Contractor
-Schedule for a fast paced $100 million+ dollar annual program and updates
from Construction Managers on a daily basis

What you will NEED:
-10+ yrs experience in project/construction management of commercial and /
or public facilities
-8 years experience in Construction Scheduling
-Experience with educational facility construction
-BS in Engineering/Construction Mgmt. or Certified Construction Manager
-Must be comfortable dealing with conflict and ability to get results/manage
-Have significant data manipulation skills ( IE. Including an understanding of
the Primavera P6 table structure, advanced abilities in manipulating data in
Excel and writing reports in Crystal Reports and/or Access.)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills

Water Resources Specialist in our Manchester, CT office.

This position will engage in the investigation, design & construction of a
wide range of water and related resources projects including dams, dam
removal, river restoration, fish passage, flooding, stormwater management,
water body restoration, water budgets and water quality.

Position will offer professional challenges and unique opportunities for

Position Requirements:
* M.S. in Fluvial Geomorphology, Hydrology, Civil or Environmental
Engineering including graduate coursework in water resources
* Training or experience with AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS or other
similar hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software preferred.
* The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of hydrology

Job Summary:
The Technical Support Representative I provides hardware, software, and some network support for its customers in a call center environment. This includes troubleshooting and resolving or escalating issues regarding Order Confirmation Systems for our QSR customers who utilize a diverse range of POS Systems. Additional responsibilities include providing internal technical support to the sales, engineering and installation departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone calls for technical support in a timely manner and
have the ability to explain technical situations to non-technical individuals.
- Clearly document the incidents/issues, and troubleshooting steps taken into
an incident management system.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical issues and escalate issues to other
support teams when necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to frequent change and be
able to work a flexible schedule.
- Work with diverse groups and individuals to meet goals/SLAs, establish
priorities, and solve complex issues.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Solid understanding of basic hardware troubleshooting, software
troubleshooting, and network components and concepts.
- Must be proficient in Ms Office Suite such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to provide support to end users on a variety of hardware and software
topics relating to Point-of-Sale equipment.
- Mature, self-motivated, and professional with excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong commitment to quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow direction and
best practices.
- Regularly demonstrates initiative in supporting the customer outside of
expected job assignments.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Candidates must also be able to work any shift, holidays, and weekends

Special Requirements:
- Minimum travel
- Must be able to take after hours calls to ensure 24/7 support.

Credentials and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience involving Technical Support, Field Service or
Installations with electronic systems in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Associates degree, technical school or equivalent military exp a must.
- MAS 90/200 experience a plus
