We are currently hiring for a Civil Engineer (PE in the state of CA) for one
of our clients locatedin Glendale, CA
Duration: Temp to Perm
Location: Glendale, CA
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $42.00/hr (depending on years of experience)
PE in the state of California (we will also consider those that are acquiring
their PE)
Must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
1. BS degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or
university. **We will also consider with less experience**
2. Registered civil engineer in the state of California.
3. Minimum ten years accumulative experience in civil engineering
(or related discipline), design and construction management.
4. Prefer broad experience in design & implementation of projects that
involve: site design, grading, roadways, drainage, hydrology, SWPPP,
SUSMP, DAMP, water quality, utilities, habitat, environmental, survey, soils
investigation, structural, file maps and legal descriptions.
Must be willing to travel locally: Will travel to these locations from the Glendale, CA office: Cathedral City, Cypress, Glendale, Long Beach, Covina, Hollywood Hills.

Process Engineer. This is for an 18 month contract assignment.
# Assist with and conduct lab work related to project support and platform
work in primary recovery lab.
# Due to some of the primary recovery challenges that have been
encountered with multiple projects, the company has increased
experiment throughput in the primary recovery lab looking for deeper
technical understanding and alternative filters and technology.
# This individual will assist with experimental coordination, execution,
data collection and analysis.

Description:
The Application Engineer (CAD tool support) will provide high level
consultation to the engineering customer and management.
Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting a variety
of CAD engineering tools. They will provide customer support in areas
of best practice development, operations support, problem resolution,
and coordinate training for the engineering community. It is desirable
that the candidate have experience with ECAD/MCAD design
processes with emphasis on Part Modeling, Large Assembly
Management, Product Data management (PDM).
Requirements:
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
Candidate must have passed a certified Drug Test & Background Check
prior to start date.
It would be great if candidate had SCI clearance but without is fine.

Educational Requirements: BS/MS
This is an "Application" Engineer position.
This is "NOT" an engineering design position but the candidate will

They must have strong customer service and communication skills and

Preferred Requirements:
It is desirable for the candidate to have 2-3+ years experience with Pro /

combination of CATIA V5, Solid Works, and AutoCAD a plus.
Programming experience in MS Windows environment using VB, CAA,
FORTRAN, C, C++ and shells scripts is also a plus.

Must have the abilities to work in the field and perform office survey work daily. AutoCAD experience is a plus. Candidates must be Operator Qualified (OQ) for state DOT work. This job generally requires candidates to work 6 days a week and a minimum of 10 hour work days. This work is primarily located within 30-60 miles of Boston. Per diem is not included. Subject to DOT required drug and alcohol testing program, including random drug screening.

Job Duties:
*The environmental engineer will be involved in project support for a broad range of environmental projects. The position will support primarily Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) site investigation and remedial action projects as well as Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Massachusetts Contingency Plan Comprehensive Response Actions.
*Will be responsible for providing technical support for Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies as well as support related marketing activities.
*Will also be involved in conceptual design for the remediation of contaminated sites.
*Responsible for preparing cost estimates, report writing/preparation, and assisting with other projects or proposals as needed.
Job Requirements:
*BS in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
*3+years of experience.
*Experience in conducting RI/FS under CERCLA, field investigations, environmental assessments (Phase I, II, and III), conceptual design, cost estimating, data evaluation, or report preparation is required.
*Direct DOD experience a plus.
*Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations such as CERCLA, RCRA, SARA, etc. is a plus.
