Engineering Technician
Parsons provides mission critical solutions to the US government.
Our landmark planning, environmental, engineering, construction,
and facility operation programs have supported federally-funded
chemical weapons demilitarization, military installations and ranges,
space exploration, missile defense, aviation, and sustainability programs.
Our services also support homeland security initiatives and reconstruction
efforts after man-made or natural disasters.
Parsons provides program and technical support for capital improvement
projects for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC).
We are developing a project team to support an additional task order that
may be awarded to Parsons as part of the as part of the Marine Corps
"Grow the Force" initiative.
3+ years experience in field construction on Capital Improvement Projects
Must have or be willing to obtain within 6 months of assignment a Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification
Proof of US citizenship or permanent residency is required
**The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing;
walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching,
stooping, reaching or similar activities; and climbing upon ladders.
