Great opportunity for a SENIOR POWER OPERATIONS ENGINEER with solid electric power industry experience at a well-respected company in Indiana. Need BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field and a minimum of 10 years experience in electric power production, electric power plant project management, OR electric power plant operations. Must have solid project management and written and verbal communication skills. A PLUS to have experience in Financial Analysis. Position will monitor and coordinate power plant construction, operation, and maintenance. In addition, will team in optimizing power plant operations and reliability; support generating plant acquisitions performing contract development, directing negotiations, managing regulatory processes, permitting and procurement of fuel supplies, contract administration, power operations budgeting and forecasting; and keep appraised of marketplace trends, pricing, and regulations related to power production. Generous package includes Salary based on directly related qualifications, extent of related experience, and education; very good comprehensive Benefits; and Relocation.

Salary: 80-115 K per year
